CIP plants can be manual, semi automatic or fully automatic, with or without PLC. They are complete with feeding and recovery pump, thermostat, valves (manual or automatic). Heating can be electric, by steam with alkaline solution or with external exchanger. It can be composed by 1-5 tanks, and volume can go from 10 to 200 hl.

Tunnel Pasteuriser

The monoblock structures for the smallest systems and the modular configuration designed for the largest installations, can be proposed with different thermal cycles: Pasteurisation Tunnel, Cooling Tunnel and Heating Tunnel. The self-bearing structure, which contains the process basins and the distribution piping, is realised in stainless steel, single deck or multi deck for the largest surfaces.

  • The ceilings can be easily removed for the maintenance operations.
  • The inclined basins, together with the rectangular manhole covers and the removable double pre-filters installed to protect the pumps, facilitate the emptying and cleaning operations of the basins themselves and of the circulating pumps.
  • Transport belt in high-resistant synthetic material; at request in stainless steel or of “Walking Beam” type.
  • Registration valves, exchangers, circulating pumps and gear-motors are installed on the external side of the tunnel, to simplify the maintenance operations and the system management.
  • An excellent energy efficiency is ensured through the use of special spray nozzles which require low hydraulic heads, and thanks to the thermal recovery combined to the low quantity of water contained in the inertial basins.
  • PLC integrated with SCADA and TELESERVICE system to select endless production recipes, register the process data and promptly intervene on any anomalies.
  • Automatic control of Pasteurisation Unit and Cooling System/Water Management at request

Premix units are designed to assure carbonated soft beverages and non-carbonated soft beverages preparation by process water deaeration, mixing with aromatized syrup and carbonation with CO2 injection. Our plants flexibility permits, by choosing different production recipes, the following processing phases:

  • CSD: Deaerated Water + Aromatized Syrup + CO2.
  • Non CSD: Deaerated Water + Aromatized Syrup
  • Sparkling Water: Deaerated Water + CO2
  • Natural Water: Deaerated Water Plant consisting of Deaeration group vacuum type to extract process water dissolved oxygen.
  • Deaeration tank and vacuum pump are included in the system.
  • Aromatized Syrup / Process water mixing zone assured with magnetic or mass flow meters, according to the configuration and related feeding pumps.
  • Static Mixer system downstream flow meters.
  • Carbonation group by CO2 Injector and magnetic or mass flow meter, according to the configuration
  • Carbonation tank and holding zone
  • Existing Filler & CIP interface by digital or BUS & NET signals.
  • Integrated filler delivery and CIP return pump.
  • Premix are built with monoblock compact configuration, and are all equipped with PLC for working recipes selection.

The Deaeration plant is a process module designed for the production of deaerated high quality water for soft drink manufacturers. These machines are meant to obtain high quality carbonation. Deaeration plants can be used on a variety of products, from water to soft drinks.

Flash pasteurisers are designed to preserve the characteristics of the liquids, through the inactivation of existing microorganisms and enzymes naturally present in the product, or added during its processing. TMCI Padovan Flash Pasteurization plants assure maximum security and minimum alterations of products according to HTST principle (high temperature short time) and they guarantee:

  • High thermal exchange coefficient
  • Low dirtying rate
  • Easy and speedy cleaning and maintenance
  • Enlargement or transformation possibility.
